BBQ Warrior Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by BBQ Warrior, operated by MediaWorks 360 Ventures (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The BBQ Warrior Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 3/30/2026 and ends on 4/23/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Visit the official giveaway page
- Submit their first name and valid email address via the entry form
Limit one (1) entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prizes
Grand Prizes (2 Winners)
Each Grand Prize winner will receive:
- One (1) autographed Myron Mixon cookbook
- One (1) BBQ Warrior hat
- One (1) year of BBQ Warrior membership
Runner-Up Prizes (3 Winners)
Each Runner-Up winner will receive:
- One (1) BBQ Warrior hat
- Three (3) months of BBQ Warrior membership
Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
The total ARV of all prizes is estimated at $500.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Winners will be notified via email within 5–7 days after the Giveaway ends.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway
- Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Requests must be received within 30 days of the Giveaway end date.
13. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
