Juicy ribeye steaks soak up bold flavor in a rich marinade before hitting a hot grill and finishing with a signature hickory rub.

Marinade

  • 1 1 48-ounce container of beef broth

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Olive oil

  • 2 tbsp 2 Dark brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp 1 Garlic salt

  • 2 tbsp 2 White vinegar

  • 1 1 Medium onion

  • Ribeye and Rub
  • 4 4 1/2 inch ribeye steaks

  • Steak marinade

  • Myron Mixon's Hickory Rub or your favorite Hickory rub

Directions

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a pan that will just hold the 4 steaks laying side by side. Lay steaks in marinade, cover and place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  • Remove steaks and apply rub.
  • Start the grill and get it hot.
  • Place steaks on a high heat grill. Flip steaks while cooking only as needed to keep from burning. Cook until internal temp reaches 125°F for medium rare.
  • Let steaks rest 3-5 minutes before cutting and serving.
